Behavioural Profiling

Behavioural Profiling can assist the individual in discovering the kind of role he or she is most suited to. Each participant receives an eight page analysis and report. The analysis examines the four major areas of behaviour. It also covers both the primary profile, and the environmental adjustment that the individual imposes upon his/her natural tendencies.

Typical applications include:

Candidate Profiles: Candidates are profiled to show their natural, and work environmentally adjusted characteristics.

Role Profiles: Any role can be profiled to predict the characteristics of the ideal candidate. This profile can be created by one person e.g. the line manager, or by a group of individuals and weighted according to their importance on the decision. This can also be used to help clarify the Job or Person specification.

Candidate to Role Match: Drake P3 can compare the two profiles (candidate and role) both to establish the degree of match and suggest areas (including questions) to explore at interview.

Team Building: Drake P3 has the ability to be used in peer-to-peer, manager to subordinate and subordinate to manager scenarios, i.e. 360 degree feedback.
